100% Agree. Product & Design should include the flow in the Jira ticket together with the requirements.

I would also like to add that, here, I am using Loom video to record short explanation for each Design wireframes/UIs task.

Loom's limits us to 5 minutes. Hence, you have to be straight to the point when doing the recording. I usually use Loom to do design walkthrough for my Developers based in different timezone, so that they get to watch it later or anytime. If they have questions, they can Slack us and we can discuss further.
