Thanks for sharing. A couple of feedback that could perhaps improve on top of your ideas and suggestions.
- A more holistic problem framing — Look at the problem in a more holistic way-Map the entire journey of a typical booking flow and then breakdown the areas where you think can be improved. For example, “How might we design a faster room booking flow for [frequent traveller]”. Right, define your own personas and put it back into your design challenge. What about personalisation? What about a better filtering?
- Come out with a Test plan draft — Write a list of assumptions and questionnaires that you would like to validate.
