Thanks for sharing your perspective on the UX job market...it really does feel like a roller coaster out there right now.

From my point of view, I can see us moving toward more “hybrid” designers who take on parts of product mgmt, marketing, and a lot of hands-on adjacent scopes. kinda good for those who are looking to joining early-stage startups.
